We will be hosting many guests on March 8 who are arriving to join the AVP for Justice and Peace, March 10-15, 2026 at the Rochester Folk Art Guild. We are grateful for this time to practice together and to have this community and offers of hospitality March 8 – 10, 2026.
Nadine ordered “Red Cards,” aka Know Your Rights Cards, on immigration rights in English/Spanish to share with everyone in Meeting. She would like to offer them to local business to put on their counters for customers.
Friends are asked to hold Corey Devon Arthur in the Light on February 24 when he has his parole board hearing. Corey’s parole packet was submitted February 11, 2026 to the parole board, including letters of support from seventeen Friends from New York Yearly Meeting and a letter from the Yearly Meeting as a whole. He has transitioned through seven correctional facilities in the past 90 days. He is deeply grateful for the support he has received from Friends.
